概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The amino acid sequence of the dehydrogenase subunit of quinoprotein alcohol dehydrogenase from Acetobacter aceti was found to have considerable similarity to that of a cytochrome c-555 and of a quinoprotein glucose dehydrogenase. It is suggested that the dehydrogenase subunit may be composed of two functional domains corresponding to dehydrogenass and cytochrome c.
