This paper presents a new method for deriving the reliability of a network with capacity constraints. The reliability for this network is defined as the probability that the maximum flow from the source node to the terminal node is larger than or equal to a given quantity. This method is easily modified to derive the lower and upper bounds of the reliability for a large network.
