The price of vegetables fluctuates sharply by overproduction or insufficient production. Change of the price by change of the weather etc. is not avoided. However, price fluctuation may amplify by shortage of information, such as production or market information. The information center which accumulates the information from production to market of vegetable is built. A producer reports the planted area or shipment information to the center. The center carries out accumulation processing and releases the information. A producer makes the decision by production or shipment for the released information. However, when there is no information from a producer, the center predicts a shipment. The calculation method of prediction was calculated by smoothing by Friedman's super smoother, and obtained the good result.
