A numerical model for the calculation of incompressible viscous flows past airfoils has been developed. The Navier-Stokes equations are discretized on collocated grids. The solver is evaluated by SIMPLE algorism and QUICK scheme. The turbulence models used are Kato-Launder k-ε model and Launder-Sharma low Reynolds number k-ε model. Comparisons with experimental results and other calculations of the NACA0012 airfoil at Re=2.88×10^6 show that the present simulation has good performance for the standard operating condition up to the stall angle.
