The technology for the distributed power system has been emerging recently in the hospitals, supermarket stores office buildings etc, using gas turbine combine system, micro gas turbine system, gas engine system, and expecting fuel cell technology for house use. In the circumstances, further pauperization of the distributed power system is requested new concept of penetrating the market to constrain the emission of carbon dioxides due to the higher efficiency of the distributed power system. One idea is to organize the local energy network systems and its business model to spread the distributed power system in public domain. And customer's satisfaction for introducing sophisticated business model would be acceptable even if the system were temporally high economical evaluation. This paper is described briefly on concept of local energy network system and its business model.
