Recently a series of the studies on chemotaxis of poly-nuclear leucocyte in vitro were reported. In this paper, Ishould like to present the chemotactic activity of bradykinin and it's inhibition of homochlorcyclizine. The migration of leucocyte in vitro were carried out by Boyden's method. The experimental results were shown as follows; 1) The leucocytes were migrated in the final concentration, more than 0.1 γ/ml of bradykinin, but not detected in 0.01 γ/ml. 2) The rate of migration were proportional between 0.1 γ/ml to 1.O γ/ml of bradykinin. 3) When the final concentration of homochlorcyclizine, 10 γ/ml, were added into this migrating System, the complete inhibitions of migration were detected. 4) Homochlorcyclizine should be attacked to the receptor of chemotactic factor in the leucocyte, but not to bradykinin.
