On the basis of 165-term Hylleraas type wavefunctions, the total energies of 2'Pand 2'P, the relativistic and the mass corrections, and the fine and hyperfine structureare calculated for the helium isoelectronics (from 'He to "Ne") having nuclear spinsI=1/2. ] and 3/2. The accuracy of the calculation is examined by comparing theresults with the experimental data for fine structure splitting of all the ions and for thehyperfine splitting of 'Li' and 'Li". Complete tables of the hyperfine structures aregiven for all the ions. The effect of 'P-'P mixing is discussed.
