The fine and hyperfine structure intervals of 2'P and 2'P states of 'He arecalculated by use of 165-term Hylleraas type wavefunctions. For 2'P the levelsdenoted bv l./F>arefoundto be 12,5/2>, l 1,3/2>, l 1,1/2>, 12,3/2>10,172>inthe ascending order of energy and the corresponding intervals are 1781.0, 4512.2,668.2 and 27413.5 MHz. 'P and 'P. are hybridized strongly into l 1,3/2>and2, 3/2>. In 'P. l 1, 1/2>is above l l, 3/2>by 20.3 MHz. The accuracy of the calcula-lion is checked and it is found that the maximum error may interfere the digit of 1MHZ.
