A likelihood method is proposed for analysis of events which are produced in thehadron-hadron collision accompanied by the missing transverse momentum. Thekinematical reconstruction is made by assuming variables sufficient to define thekinematics, and the likelihood of the assumption is evaluated by using the structurefunctions, the differential cross sections for intermediate states and the decay rate forfinal state configurations. The capability of the method is examined for simplifiedmodels of events including one- and two-missing massless particles. It is shown that(a) when events are well identified, dynamical parameters involved in the process canbe determined, and (b) in new particle searches, narrow mass spectrums are obtained.
