Effects of the phase fJtrctuations of' the order paramaeter on the stability of' the Fulde-FerrellLarkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) states are exatnined in exactly txvo-diua?ensional (2D) type-II strpercondtrctors with cylindrically syut?naetric Fernai sttrf'ace on the basis of a generalized GinzbtrrgLandau theory. It is f'ottnd that for the FFLO states xvith oscillations in a single direction, notonly the long-range order but also qtrasi-lorng-r;tnge order (QLRO), which is claaracterized by apoxver law decay of the order paranaeter correlation ftrnction, is strppressed by the phase fltrcttraLions at any finite tertaperattrres. On the other hand, f'or the FFLO states with order parameterstrtrctures such as triangular and sqtrare lattices, it is shown that the QLRO is possible as theuniform BCS state. Systeuaas with anisotropy in the Ferraai surfstce and pairing are also disctzssed.
