The cluster variaxtion nuethod (CVIVI) in the c;rcttrs approxirnation is applied to a psetrdo-spinIsing Hamiltonian of the Slater-Takagi model for KD3POj-type hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics tocalculate the xvave-nurnber dependent strsceptibility X((7), mainly foctrssing on the ferroelectricphase. The strong anisotropy of polarizsrtion fltucttrations along the easy z-axis is shown toappe?tr not only in the paraelectric phase but also in the ferroelectric phase when the ice-rtmlelimit is approached. An analytical expression of the spontaneous polarization is ftrlly trtilized forcalctrlations on y(q) below the transition tetnper?xture.
