The Ginzburg Landau theory for d.w .x-wave superconductors is constrttcted, by starting fronathe Gor'kov eqtration with incltrding correction terms up to the next order of In(T./V'). Someof the non-local correction terrns are fotrnd to break the cylindrical sytnrnetry and lead to thefotrrfold symmetric core strtrcttrre, reflecting the internal degree of freedotm in the pair potential.Using this extended Ginzbtrrg Landatr theory, we investigate the fourfold symmetric strtrctureof the pair potential, current and naagnetic field arottnd an isolated single vortex, and clarifyconcretely how the vortex core strtrcttrre deviates frotm the cylindrical symmetry in the d.w .2wave superconductors.
