We have succeeded in growing a single crystal of LaCu3 and have done the electrical resistivity,rnagnetoresistance, de Haas-van Alphen effect and specific heat experiments. The Fermi strrfaceis found to consist of three kinds of closed strrfaces and a multiply-connected one, which are wellexplained by the FLAPW band calculations.
