By applying the holon-doublon formalism to a highly correlated system consistingof d- and p-electrons, a theory is developed concerning whether a superconductivephase can be realized in parallel to the previously investigated single-band model. Theresult follows: those V-states hybridized with (partially occupied) 7t,.-band formpairs and are condensed into superconductive ground state. On this model almost allfeatures characteristic to hole-doped, layer-structured high T. superconductors are, atleast qualitatively, interpreted.high-7'. superconductor, d-p model, doping, pressure effect
