The "Y NMR Iinewidth A H and nuclear spin-la.ttice relaxation rate l / T, have beenmeasured in YBa.Cu,0. in the temperature range from room temperature to 470 Kwith the external magnetic field parallel and perpendicular to The c-axis. Both A H andI / T. show critical behavior due to the three-dimensional (3D) antiferromagneticphase transition at the N<'el temperature T.=4I2 K. Above 425 K, the relaxation rateis already dominated by the 2D fluctuations of the antiferronxagnetic square lattice of(.2 flnmr, linewidth, spin-lattice relaxation, antiferromagnetistn, high T. supercon- ]l ductor, YBa.Cu.0.l
