By making use of an algebraic method in classifying the normal modes, wecalculated phonon dispersion curves and density of states curves of the high T. super-conductors, Bi.Sr.CaCu.0.. , and Bi.Sr.Ca.Cu.0.. ,. Here, the crystal structuresare approximated by tetragonal ones with one formula unit, instead of an orthorhom-bic one with 5 formula units proposed by Kajitani et at. The force constants betweenatoms are estimated from the results in our previous paper. Similarly to that ofYBa.Cu,0., the density of states curve splits into, roughly speaking, two parts in bothBi.Sr.CaCu.0.. . and Bi.Sr.Ca.Cu,0.. , the higher energy part being mainly con-tributed from Cu-0, 0-0, Ca-0 and Sr-0 bonds.
