By means of the perturbational analysis on the Fukuyama-Lee-Rice model investigated in our preceding paper, we study the dc-Iac combined phenomena in theCDW system. We obtain the harmonic and subharmonic Shapiro anomalies associ-ated with the divergence of the dynamical coherence length. The formulae for thelinear ac conductivity, and rectification and mixing currents are given within the 2ndorder perturbation theory. They are the same as those obtained by Bardeen's quanturn tunneling model except for the scaling constant (Y connecting the ac and dcphenomena. The comparison of cx with experiments supports the present theory. Auniversal relation existing between the dc and ac phenomena is also discussed.
