The p" decay of "Sr to the levels of "Rb has been investigated with highresolution Ge(Li) detectors. The half-lives of "Sr and ""Rb were c[eterminedto be 22.15:1:0.22 and 30.59:l:0.28 nain, resrectivelv. Enernies and relative intert-sities of 80 gannaa rays associated with "Sr decay were naeasured prc:ciseJy and30 of theuta are new gamnaa rays. T[he level scheutae of "Rb was constructed byapplying the Ritz rule and the intensity balance. Seventy three ganauna rays wereincorpo?"ated into the level scheme including eleven new levels at 245.Sl9, 463.02,486.69, 630.58, 711.93, 923.04,?1243.64, 1513.13, 1804.4], 1848.47 a(td 2165.53keV. The possible spin-parities of "'Rb levels are proposed conside?'ing log ftvalues and gamnaa-ray branching ratios. The level at 245.29 keV is assigned asthe anounalous 5/2" state.RADIOACTIVITY "St [from "Rb(p,5n)]; measured E, I, T,7.,deduced log fi. "gb deduced levels J, n. LIPS, Go(Li) detector. . '
