Atomic spectrum of light emitted by the three-level system of Baranger andMozer, in an unmagnetized, singly-ionized, homogeneous ancl stationary turbulentplasma, is calculated on the basis of the Bourret approximation. One-dimensionalenvelope-soliton-gas is adopted as a model for the fluctuation of the complexamplitude E.(t) of the oscillating local electric field, which is due to Langmuirwaves coupled nonlinearly with ion acoustic waves. Characteristic quantities of thismodel are the average inverse of the soliton widtlt<#>and the soliton density rt.It is also shown that the variance of E.(r) is proportional to n'(B), and thecorrelation time of E.(t) behaves like (71?) ' when (717)+ca, on the other hand, like (71?)-" when (7?)e0.
