The ^<12>C(τ,d)^<13>N reaction was investigated at an incident energy of 81.4 MeV. Angular distributions of the reaction were analyzed by zero-range and finite-range DWBA. It is found that finite-range effects are important in this reaction. Particle unbound states are analyzed by using resonance form factors, and the results are discussed in comparison with those of proton resonance scattering. [NUCLEAR REACTION ^<12>C(τ,d)^<13>N,E_τ=81.4 MeV; measured σ(θ), deduced spectroscopic factor. Natural target.]
