The sublattice magneization and the specific heat of CoCl_2・6H_2O are caoculated with the use of antiferromagnetic spin wave theory and compared with the experiments. With the spin wave spectrum obtained, the calculation gives the T^4-law of the sublattice magnetization, which agrees with the experiment satisfactorily with a slightly with a slightly different proportional constant from that given by Renard. On the hand, the calculated specific heat shows a different temperature dependence from the experiment by Donaldson and Edmonds. In the present case, the effect of the magnonphonon interaction is shwn to be small.
