We report evidence that for a class of fragile-glass formers, the excess specific heat in the supercooled state near the glass transition temperature can be scaled by a parameter defined as the product of temperature and configurational entropy. We also show that the scaling does not hold for some alcohols and thus it can be used to classify the glass formers.
