A nondifTtrsive term in the toroidal-tnonuenttrtaa-transport eqtration is evaltrated by the analysisof the transport of' toroidal rotation in the transient phase, wlaere tlae direction of neutral beanain.jection is changed frotaa par'allel to the plasraaa ctmrrernt to antiparallel. The ratio of nondifTusiveviscosity coefficient to diffusive viscosity coefficient is evaluated to be 0.1 to 0.3, wlaich increases asthe plasuaaa ctrrrent is decreased. Nondifl'trsive ntaoumenttrrn transport is ['ound to be in proportionto "7Tj.
