We sttudy the electronic states of the anisotropic triangtnlar lattice Hubbard model at half'-filling,which is a simple effective model f'or the organic svrperconducting x-BEDT-TTF cotaupovrnds. Wetreat the effect of' the Cotulonab irnteraction by the flvxctuation exchange (FLEX) method, andobtain the phase diagram of this model for v?triotus sets of parauneters. It is showza that d-wavesuperconductivity is realized in a wide region of the jchase diagram, next to the antiferrornagneticstates, The obtained phase diagrazn explains well tlae characteristics of the experiznenta[ results.
