• The Josephson effect trnder p;trticle-nutaaloer restriction is investigated based on the Feynman two-state tnodel. The existence of' a nexv dynauaaical tnode of' the Josephson phase, at thenaetastable state inherent in strch a restricted sittuation, is show'n. The new mode describes 21ntrrtaber of' features recently observed in a strperfltnid 'He xveak-link systern.
