We have proposed a cltrster heat bath (CHB) method of a quasi-one-dimensional Ising modeland denaonstrated that it reproduces the exact results of the two-dimensional [sing model withaxially anisotropic exchange interactions. The key point of this naethod is to select one of theequi[ibriuna spin configurations of each of the chains which are subjected to effective fields ofsurrotrnding spins. Thus, the chains are always in their equilibrium state during the sinaulation,and the d-dimensional rnodel electively beconues a (d - 1)-dimensional ttaodel of fictitious spinswith their freedom of 2' where N is the number of' the spins on the chain, and the sinatrJationtime is drastically reduced.
