It is shown by three-dimensional nuagnetohydrodynarnic simulations that the toroidal currentJ. can be indtrced by a process of relaxation withotrt helicity invariance ttnder a condition ofno external nuagnetic helicity injection. It is shown that the magnetic he[icity is induced duringrelaxation and it is passively deternained as a result of the time evolution of the dynamicalsystena. Nun'xerical results strggest that the basic process for the toroidaJ current drive duringrelaxation is the nonlinear energy transfer frorrt the toroidal to the poloidal magnetic energywith the intervention of the kinetic energy. It is detnonstrated that self-organization to the lowereigenznode with a larger-scale structtrre OCCLIIS dttring relaxation,
