The size distribution of .jarnclusters obeys the power law of the injection rate ira the high-in,jection-rate region. The totalnumber of unmoved cars in .jam cltrsters shows a sharp transition at the critical injection rateand can be an adeqttate order parameter describing the phase transition with tlae emergence ofa traffic jarn.
