The dependence of rapidity correlations on multiplicity, inelasticity and targetmass of the interactions is investigated. The results; suggest thc: predominant contribulion of two particle clusters to multiparticle production. Tlte cluster size has beenfound to be invariant with respect to multiplicity, inelasticity and target mass of the in-teractions.
