The so-called t-t'-J model, i.e. t-J model together with the second- and the third-neighbor transfer terms, is investigated as a model for the high- T. oxide superconductors. The exchange term is treated by the Schwinger boson mean field theory, and thetransfer terms are treated by the second-order perturbation theory. It is shown thatthe spin fluctuation leads to an effective interaction between holes, the magnitude andsign of which depend on the sign of the second- and the third-neighbor transfer in-tegrals. The interaction is strong enough to explain the high transition temperature ofthe oxides.t-J model, superconductivity, Schwinger boson, RVB, oxide superconductor
