The magnetic field dependence of the absorption spectra corresponding to the Iran-sition 'T.('F)='T.('P) of Co" in CsCoCl.=2H.0 was investigated. In this transitionregion the Davydov splitting of the exciton lines was observed, and the magnitudes ofthe intersublattice exciton transfers were estimated. As a result, it was found that theexciton shows the two-dimensional migration closely related to the spin structure.
