Noises due to dilution fluxes in chemical reaction-dilution systems are studied. When dilution fluxes are controlled strictly, the fluctuations are shown suppressedbecause of the nonlinearity of the evolution equation. Then, the system is free fromthe complete extinction of total population, or, the fluctuation catastrophe.
