Column matrix which describes the amplitudes of diffracted waves is expressedin the form of the resonane scattering plus the direct scattering. A new equationwhich determines the position of resonance is obtained from the resonance term. The present theory is applied to calculations of the intensity versus azimuthalangle spectrum for the system D/NaF(001). Intensity profiles of an isolatedresonance is analyzed in detail.
