Magnetic probe measurements show that the flux trapped into the neutral sheetradius at the early phase of the reversed field 2-pir'nch does not decrease mono-tonically but the two humps appear. The first one is coincident with the forma-tion of the collisionless shock wave while the second one with its reflection at thecenter. The most probable origin of the electromotive force for these humpsmay be in the large rotational velocity difference between hydrogen ions andimpurities'. In the first hump the velocity difference may be excited by the ionrunaway (Gurevich) effect coupled with the imploding plasrna. In the secondhump it may be due to large off diagonal element P.g of the ion pressure tensorcreated at the time of the reflection.
