Dielectrc Constant of Both Amorphous and Crystalline PbTiO_3 at Low Temperatures

The dielectric constant of PbTi0. in both amorphous and crystalline states hasbeen measured down to 18 mK at several frequertcies in the range between 0.3and 100 kllz. In each state, the dielectric consta?'nt around [00 mK has a fre-quency-dependent minimum, which is characteristic of vitreouts state.
