Charge Transfer Reaction of O^<3+>+H→O^<2+>+H^+ in Low Energy Collision

The total charge transfer cross-sections have been computed for the collisionof 0" -l- H in the energy range of 2-240 keV. The PSS method with the classicaltrajectory is employed to obtain the cross-sections. The reaction channels whichhave the avoided crossing with the incoming channel at the internuclear distanceless than 20 a.u. have been included into the calculation. The computed cross-section is found to be relatively constant as a function of the collision energy.The computed cross-sections are considerably lar'ge in contparsion with theexperimental data by Phaneuf, but are of the same order of magnitude as theexperimental result given by Gardner.
