Steady creepiuag flow of a slightly rarefied gas past two equal touching spheresalomag their Jitae of cez?ters is investigated to an accuracy of the second order insmall Kuaudseta number 011 the basis of the Boltzmann-Krook-Welander equationand the diffuse reflectioua of the gas molecules on the surface of the two spheres.Stream liutes of the flow are depicted in its hydrodynamical flow field outside theKnudsen layer adjacent to their surface. The drag on the pair of equal touchingspheres is also calculated to the same accuracy of approximation.
