Longitudinal magnetoconductivity is calculated in a self-consistent 7-matrixapproximation in order to discuss the effect of rrtultiple scattering. With the helpof a generalized optical theorem, calculation of conductivity is reduced to anintegral equation for the effective path. The equation is formally solved f<>llowingthe procedure of solving the Markov chain problem. In the quantum limit, theeffect of collision broadening on longitudinal conductivity is shown negligiblecontrary to Dubinskaya's conclusion.
