The electron- and spin-states in isolated D - states in Go have been studied bymeans of long-wavelength photoconductivities in magnetic fields at 0.35 K.The difference of the photoconductivity spectral behaviors between Sb and Asimpurities is ascribed to that of the valley-orbit interactions. From the magneticfield dependence of the photoconductivity spectra of the D - complexes, the donormolecules D. are supposed to be formed in the crystal in the first stage of increas-ing the impurity concentration which cause 7).' states, and further increases ofthe concentrations result in more complicated D- complexes in the crystal.
