The Fourier-transformed exchange matrix for the crystalline structure ofMn3Sn and Mn3Ge is analyzed in the case of a propagation vector parallel tothe hexagonal principal axis anc[ two modes of spin ordering are predicted, a helixof ferromagnetic basal net planes and a helix of triangular l>asal net planes. Theeffect of anisotropy energies is studied for the triangular spin ordering with zeropropagation vector to uniquely determine the spin configuration and to accountfor the observation. Triangular helix, observed in Mn.Sn at low temperatures,is also discussed.
