Curie te?taperatures of dilute ferroncagnets with the site and bond disordersare investigated in the l-Ieisenberg axvd Ising models, using the effective Hamil-tonian naethod. The systenvs are asstunted to be quenched ones. Positive andnegative exchange integrals as well as non-ntagnetic atonts are assuxned to berandoncly distribrmted. Ntuutcerical calctulations of Curie temperatures are carriedout for the Gaussian and rectangular distributions of exchange integrals. Thecritical conditions for ferroxvcasnetjsmvt to occur at finite temr>erature ax'e alsodiscussed.
