the first step in the physical abstraction of the biological nature may be opened with the general formulation on the molecular system in aqueous solution. The electronic state of the molecular complex in colvent can be given by the nonlinear Schrodinger equation where the local field acting on the complex is introduced in the form of the self-dependent reaction field due to the polarization of the solvent. With increasing solvent polarity the new state appears. This state is characterized as a super-charge-transfer state. Experimental confirmation for the theory can be found in Foster and Thomson's experiments on the effect of solvent on charge-transfer complexes and in Nogami et al.'s experiments on the temperature dependence on the charge-transfer interaction. This new state is presented together with the ordinary state as the two states in the allosteric transition of proteins.
