The temperature dependences of the g-factor and of the magnetization in thin films of Mn_5Ge_3 are investigated from the FMR. The FMR at 9.38 GHz is observed at temperatures between 0 and 45℃. Abnormal line shapes appear at temperatures below 0℃. The g-factor is constant at 2.10 between 15 and 45℃, but reaches an extraordinary large value of 4 at 0℃. This large value is considered to be an apparent one from the fact that the magnetization is not saturated because of the lower resonance field. The results of FMR at 34.7 GHz show that the value of g-factor is almost constant at 2.04 between -120℃ and room temperature. The magnetization estimated from resonance equations at 34.7 GHz is an effective one and is smaller than the real saturation magnetization. This is explained by the magnetoelastic effect due to the exsistence of a planer stress.
