We examine the property of the fluctuation which exists around the mean field ofthe spin density wave state in low dimensional conductors. The collective modes arecalculated for the spin density fluctuation, the charge density fluctuation and thesuperconducting fluctuation. The effective Hamiltonian describing these modes arederived microscopjca]Jy from the path integral method and from the perturbationalmethod. The effect of the nonmagnetic impurity is also discussed.
