A new type of the additional boundary condition(ABC) based on a picture of thesurface scattering of exciton is proposed and applied to the oblique incidence reflec-Lance in the case of s- and p-polarized lights. The calculated reflectance is comparedwith the experiment on Curl. The spikes appeared in the reflectance spectra of the p-polarized light for the intermediate range of the angle of incidence are well repro-duced by the present ABC, but by neither Pekar's ABC, the dielectric approxirna-lion, nor the dead layer model.
