The high temperature expansion for the free energy is evaluated up to the seventhmoment, for hcp phase of solid ortho-para mixtures. It is proved that the resultanthigh-temperature series is divergent far above the transition temperature T.. ThePad<:: approximation to the high-temperature series for the e?atropy is studied in excellent agreement with experiments down to T.. For pure ortho hydrogen, T. ispredicted to be 2 T / k. lower than the experimental one. The phase transition disap-pears at concentration ?63% of ortho hydrogen in agreement with experiment. Inthese studies a previous result based on the libron study of ortho-para mixtures is uti-lized, for the free energy in the low temperature phase of fcc.
