Optical density functions originating from exciton in disordered binary alloys are calculated with three different hopping integrals t_<AA>, t_<BB> and t_<AB> on the basis of the formalism found by Blackman et al. In addition, effects of the off-diagonal hopping integral t_<AB> on density of states and optical density functions are investigated. In particular, the bending of band edges with the change of concentration and the transient behavior of optical spectra into the independent band limit are studied by varying the value of t_<AB>.
