Transverse magnetocnductance of two-dimensional electron gas in strong magnetic fleld is calculated on the basis of the model and appoximation used in a previous paper. Calculating two particle Green's function consistently with the approximation for one particle Green's function yields transverse magnetoconducrance free from divergence. Strong energy dependence of one particle spectral density leads to some characteristic features of two-dimensional electron gas in strong magnetic fields. Tracsverse magnetoconductance calculated as a function of gate voltage exhibits broadening of Landaulevels. These results are discussed in connection with the experiment of Fowler, Fang, Howard and Stiles. Within the model and approximation of the present paper, splittings of Landau levels are also obtained in strong magnetic field,
