The quasi-2D antiferromagnetic spins interacting with itinerant electrons through the Kondo coupling are investigated to obtain the NMR relaxation rate T^<-1>_1. We find that the interlayer spin-spin coupling plays an important role in T^<-1>_1 at low temperatures. We calculate the dynamical susceptibilityχ^<-+>(q, ω) and the decay rate of the magnon Γ_q up to second order in the perturbation. It is found that Γ_q has a non-vanishing value at q→0. It is also found that the major contribution to T^<-1>_1 comes from the susceptibilities at around the antiferromagnetic wave vector Q, and T^<-1>_1 is proportional to T at low temperatures and is proportional to T^<-1> at high temperatures.
