Superconducting transition temperature of thin films in magnetic field is investigated. The linearized gap equation is derived by a quasiclassical Green's function method, which correctly includes the boundary effects and the impurity scattering effects. From the properties of the gap equation, it can be rigorously shown that the transition temperature is not enhanced by magnetic field. The temperature dependence of the critical field is numerically calculated in the clean limit.
